We send orders to any destination in the world.

Deliveries:
The delivery takes between 7-10 working days upon order receipt. In Countries out of the CE, the taxes have to be paid by the customer.

Postage:
The prices in the shop include VAT. The postage and handling costs are 45 EUR, VAT included for each item ordered. If you lives in one of this countries, you may add 45€ ,extra cost, per product at your final order price.

Warranty:
You have 7 days, from order receipt, to change or return any item you’re not satisfied with. We cchange it or, if you prefer, we can return the money you paid, via bank transfer. Write to us: pedidos@ruw-design.org and we Hill tell you how to notify it.

in these territories, apart from the delivery costs, there are other lawful costs, that have to be paid by the customer and you’ll have to pay the delivery company when they deliver your order (they aren’t charged on your bill), like taxes, toll and other costs. These are additional costs that are not indicated in the total amount you’ll see on your order.
